Results
Since the implementation is still ongoing, we are actively monitoring the impact of the newly integrated gamification feature of interactive career map.
As the project progresses and launches, we expect to see further improvements in how users interact with the platform and the overall effectiveness of the career map gamification strategy in enhancing the educational experience with AI.
Goals
Enhance long term user engagement preventing drop-offs

After extensive research and collaborative brainstorming, our team identified two key features that would dramatically improve user engagement and provide personalized career guidance in the AI field. We decided to emphasize on two main statements.

Following these insights, we developed three user flows, each highlighting different features. We then conducted a fun activity where team members marked hearts on the most valuable steps. This allowed us to identify the best elements from each flow.
Based on this feedback, we synthesized a final user flow that integrated the top features like the current stage of user, adding a resume or LinkedIn, achievements, gap analysis, ensuring maximum user engagement, and a seamless, personalized experience aligned with our key objectives. Then, we quickly moved on to creating lo-fi sketches and wireframes for the finalized flow.
